The results of masterclass by RESFOOD

On March 20 a master class was held in Moscow by our partners RESFOOD company, where AROSA commercial department learned everything about Asian cuisine and its secrets.

Brand chef Nikolay Chernyshov and chef Sergey Kurov talked about how to distinguish high-quality products, taught how to cook rolls, udon with chicken and vegetables in oyster and pepper sauce and, of course, presented new products.

Our participants under the strict guidance of RESFOOD chefs prepared the most popular dish of Korean cuisine – tokpokki in Tom Yam sauce.
