When in 2017 the AROSA company decided to develop the direction of confectionery ingredients in HoReCa, it set a goal not only to supply the products necessary for confectioners, but also to develop this market, creating trends and broadcasting the experience of leading confectioners in Europe, Asia and America to Russian professionals.

As part of promoting the Patissier brand in Russia, on October 26, 2018, a grandiose private master class by Nasserdine Mendi, the winner of the title "Best confectioner of France", vice-president of the World Cup and honorary commissioner of the World Cup for confectionery art, took place in Moscow.

The educational program of the company was also supported by Jacques Poulain, a third generation chocolatier, pastry chef and vice president of the international concern Aalst Chocolate, who held master classes in Pyatigorsk, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk and St. Petersburg.
